The Parks and Recreation Department maintains all of the parks in the city and offers many activities for all ages (seniors, adults, kids and youth).
The Maywood Activities Center (M.A.C.), is available for general public use and offers a wide variety of classes, specialty rooms, a pool and place for clubs and classes to meet.
Our Parks and Recreation staff members are dedicated to courteous, respectful service to enhance the quality of life for community residents, workers and visitors.
The Park and Recreation Department is open to the public seven days a week. The facilities include a gymnasium, weight room, volleyball courts, social hall, play equipment area, softball field, baseball field, and game room.
