The City of Maywood Parks and Recreation Department located at 4801 E. 58th Street, (323) 562-5020. The Parks and Recreation Department provides programs, classes and special events for seniors, adults and youth. Our Parks and Recreation staff members are dedicated to courteous, respectful service to enhance the quality of life for community residents, workers and visitors.
The Park and Recreation Department is open to the public seven days a week. The facilities include a gymnasium, weight room, volleyball courts, social hall, play equipment area, softball field, baseball field, and game room.
Community recreational programs are offered at top-notch facilities, such as the M.A.C. (Maywood Activity Center) which is available for general public use.
