There are several ways to make a payment.

• Call customer service at 562-287-7888 and make a payment over the phone.
• Go to Epay and create an account to pay online.
• Sign up for auto pay.

4. How do I request a Bulky Pick Up?

Call customer service at 562-287-7888 , email CustomerService@uwscompany.com or submit request on UWS website. We will need a list of items requesting to be picked up.

5. How many free bulky pickups per year and how many items per pickup?

Residential and Multi-Family customers get up to 6 items picked up, 4 times per year. The list of bulky items accepted are: 

• Household appliances
• Furniture – as long as it only takes two (2) people to lift
• Mattresses
• Rugs
• Bundled wood no longer than 4ft
• E-waste
