Dear Local Municipality:

I am writing in our ongoing efforts to keep you apprised of developments affecting the cable television system serving your community.

Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire. The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future.

KTLA, KTLA HD, KEYT, KABC, KABC HD, KABC DT2-LiveWell, KABC DT3-ABC Weather Now, ABC Family, ABC Family HD, Disney Channel, Disney Channel HD, Disney XD, Disney XD HD, ESPN, ESPN HD, ESPN Classic, ESPN Deportes, ESPN News, ESPN News HD, ESPN U, ESPN U HD, ESPN2, ESPN2 HD, ESPN Game Plan/Soapnet, American Life, Disney Channel On Demand, TAN, NHL Network, NHL Network HD, De Pelicula, De Pelicula Clasico, Bandamax, E!, Style, Encore, Encore (East), Encore Drama, Encore Love, Encore Mystery, Encore WAM, Encore Action, Encore Westerns, Penthouse, TEN, STARZ!, STARZ HD, STARZ East, STARZ East HD, STARZ Edge, STARZ Cinema, STARZ in Black, STARZ Kids & Family, Movieplex, truTV, Lifetime, The Weather Channel, The Weather Channel HD, Zee TV, BBC America and BBC America HD.

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers.

On or after September 23, 2010 Galavision will move from channel 79 to channel 75 in the City of Los Angeles–Tujunga.

On or after September 30, 2010 the following services will be added in Artesia, Bell & Cudahy, Carson, Compton,    Lomita, Harbor City, San Pedro, Wilmington, Hawaiian Gardens, Bell Gardens, Bellflower, Downey, La Mirada, Lynwood, Maywood, Paramount, Santa Fe Springs, Hollywood, Culver City, Hollywood, Hawthorne, Lennox, West LA, Westside, Westwood, Wilshire, Inglewood, Lakewood, Tujunga, Sunland, Sylmar and South Los Angeles.  Big Ten Network HD, channel 393; Fox Soccer Channel HD, channel 394; Fox Soccer Plus HD, channel 395; Gol TV HD, channel 396; Galavision HD, channel 397; HBO Latino HD, channel 398, Hallmark Channel HD, channel 477, 3DTV Special Events 1, channel 700 and 3DTV Special Events, channel 701.

On or after October 1, 2010 the programmer, Fox Networks, will change the name of Fox Sports en Espanol to Fox Deportes.
